“Frisk, why are they setting off explosives?” Asriel asked as fireworks started to go off.
“It’s America’s independance day. They are celebrating America’s freedom and such. They do this by setting off pretty explosives.” Frisk explained. “America has a history of military conflicts. I think America has been at war about 90% of the time it’s been a country.” She continued neutrally.

“Happy birthday, Azzie.” Frisk whispered as Asriel woke up. She was sitting on his lap. “I got you a present.”
Frisk gave him a small rectangular box. Inside was a heart shaped pendant. The heart was made out of a light green gem called peridot.
“Thanks, Frisk… It's as beautiful as you are.” Asriel murmured. “Reminds me of…”

As soon as Frisk spoke the words, Sans walked into the cavern.
“You’re right. She sent me to check on you two.” Sans said.
“You heard him. Come on.” Frisk said, helping Asriel to his feet.
“Follow me. I know a shortcut.” Sans said.

Several weeks later...
“How’s your nose feeling?” Frisk asked.
“I told you it was fine like a week ago.” Asriel said with a chuckle.
“I just wanted to make sure.” Frisk giggled, giving him a kiss on the nose. “Because we’re going ice skating.”

“No fair! I couldn’t do much skating while I was a flower!” Asriel exclaimed while he struggled to maintain balance. Frisk was skating in circles around him.
